Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams and conducting advanced quantitative analyses.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and NLP.
• Experience in digital media marketing and enhancing digital advertising metrics.
• Adept at refining processes with new data inputs and model improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for translating data insights.
• Ability to construct and maintain performance indicators and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, mentor and lead teams of data scientists.
• Design and lead data modeling practices and framework.
• Own the data science strategy and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Drive scalable solutions using AWS infrastructure.
