Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional packaging design experience in the CPG/beauty industry.
• Training or degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or Industrial Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, graphic design, typography, color skills.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Creative mindset, embrace curiosity, and confidence in championing ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead on given projects from physical products to unboxing and brand collaterals.
• Generate original concepts with a fresh visual approach to design and materials.
• Ensure OUAI’s established look-and-feel and voice is implemented across all products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee packaging development from concept to execution.
• Develop creative assets that meet business objectives and advance brand strategy.
• Constantly maintain and enforce packaging design guidelines and standards.
