- Provide language support for corporate documents
- Operate leave management and supervise severance procedures
- Manage mandatory employee trainings
- Collaborate within a global matrixed organization
- Maintain employee files and HRIS systems
- Guide the performance and compensation review processes
- Update employee Work Rules and HR Policies
- Support benefits and leave management
- Assist office and IT coordination for new employees
