Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in website management, ideally in a Shopify environment.
• Multi-channel eCommerce management experience, including Shopify or Amazon.
• Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience managing website updates and version control in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement custom solutions in Shopify.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all improvements, optimizations, and daily management across Shopify and support Amazon.
• Optimize the website for mobile, SEO, and conversion.
• Develop and execute strategies for consistent branding and sales growth.
• Drive regular campaigns and promotions onsite in collaboration with marketing.
• Lead CRO initiatives with A/B testing and heat mapping tools.
• Manage website operations including regular updates and content changes.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance on all website updates.
• Collaborate with external developers to implement solutions.
• Modify and troubleshoot custom Shopify theme code.
• Manage integration of third-party apps to enhance functionality.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking.
• Track key performance metrics on Shopify and Amazon.
