Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications and account needs for lower-tier clients.
  • Support onboarding for new clients, including setup and training.
  • Collaborate with CSMs for account activities and client support.
  • Monitor platform usage for issues and engagement opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing QBR presentations for CSMs.
  • Serve as initial contact for client inquiries and escalate complex issues.
  • Identify potential sales leads during client interactions.
