Requirements:

• Master's degree in law.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian and English (B2+).
• Experience contributing to the continuous reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of agreements.
• Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills.
• Ability to be goal-oriented, ambitious, and ready to work hard.
• Desire to grow and scale the company.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts, including investment agreements, convertible notes, service contracts, partnership agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on international regulatory matters, focusing on compliance in the USA, EU, Asia, and the Gulf region.
• Facilitating mergers and acquisitions while providing legal due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
• Ensuring legal compliance across all business operations and jurisdictions.
• Supporting a diverse portfolio of companies specializing in software development, AI and AR technologies, internet media, SaaS solutions, art, and blockchain.
• Performing thorough due diligence for potential investments, ensuring compliance and identifying risks.
