Requirements:

• 3-5 years in product marketing or similar role with experience in go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to drive comprehensive plans that align with company objectives.
• Proven ability to develop various types of content, clearly presenting product benefits.
• Familiarity with UserFlow or similar tools and CRM tools focused on customer engagement.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit organizations and their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Go-to-market strategy and execution, including both internal and external training for teams and nonprofit customers.
• Educate customer-facing teams on new product features and deliver sales training materials.
• Create in-product tutorials, announcement emails, and educational content for nonprofits.
• Develop engaging marketing materials, including blog posts and social content for feature announcements.
