Requirements:

CA P&C license preferred, but not required.
Experience in developing processes and procedures for E&S and admitted products.
Ability to conduct system testing and quality audits.
Strong communication skills to liaise with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:

Help oversee the daily and monthly processing and operations related to E&S products.
Manage senior underwriting and customer service.
Develop and document processes and procedures for E&S products.
Conduct testing of policy and quoting systems, making necessary adjustments and enhancements.
Perform internal audits and maintain quality control.
Communicate with regulatory officials regarding compliance.
Run daily reports and communicate findings to management, carriers, and reinsurers.
Address system and policy problems.
