Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 3+ years successful selling products of a technical nature.
• Demonstrated core understanding of Microscopy / Imaging / Application.
• Strong relationship-building skills with channel partners.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of specific areas such as Commercial, Government, University, or Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with channel partners to co-prospect new customers and implement growth strategies.
• Act as the product expert for Leica’s microscopy solutions, helping partners understand and promote the product portfolio.
• Ensure channel partner representatives are trained and knowledgeable about Leica products, identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Engage in direct field sales, attending shows and maintaining relationships with various accounts.
• Keep Salesforce CRM updated and collaborate effectively with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
