Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales execution, revenue operations, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage CRM systems and analyze data to drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working closely with sales teams to optimize performance.
• Experience with data analysis and revenue forecasting to support business decisions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities:

• Developing sales channels and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Optimizing and executing outreach processes, including initial outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns.
• Supporting sales operations through pipeline management, deal structuring, and sales enablement.
• Reporting to and working closely with our CEO to drive growth initiatives and optimize revenue processes.
• Being a core contributor to reach all of our 750 customers (DSOs) in Germany.
