Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Define, develop, and execute new strategic business opportunities that align with ActBlue’s short and long-term goals.
  • Build ActBlue’s inaugural Growth team, mentoring and supporting team members.
  • Establish OKRs and manage team performance to align with sales goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective customer journeys.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on growth tactics and market strategies.
  • Measure and report on growth metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Oversee the sales funnel from lead generation to client retention.
