Requirements:

Experience of working directly with farmers and landowners in a professional capacity.
MRICS/CAAV or other professional qualifications could be advantageous.
Working knowledge of Farm Business Tenancies, planning, and relevant environmental matters.
Ability to determine Title Matters from Land Registry and other legal sources.
Organized and self-starting, with the ability to manage personal schedule and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

Play a leading role in creation and management of Habitat Banks on a regional basis.
Support national projects in conjunction with senior land team members and the Senior Management Team.
Identify suitable land opportunities and collaborate with landowners and agents.
Oversee onboarding of land for Habitat Bank creation.
Conduct thorough due diligence to assess site suitability for Habitat Banks.
Prepare and negotiate offers with landowners.
Gather and analyze data to support targeted Habitat Bank creation.
Oversee Planning & Consenting process for live sites.
