Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries, and manage recruitment processes for clients.
Identify growth opportunities and secure new business within existing accounts.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and optimize staffing strategies for MSP and VMS clients.
Track and report key performance metrics and regularly update stakeholders.
