Requirements:

• Account or sales executives experience within the legal industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience in management consulting, business strategy, or legal industry preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various business units.
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
• Lawyers/paralegals with 2 to 5 years experience who enjoy client relations.
• Experience creating content or writing articles/whitepapers is a plus.
• Ability to build trust, be assertive, and show initiative.
• Positive attitude in a results-driven environment.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with a client pool of in-house legal departments.
• Advise clients on outside counsel strategies to decrease costs and improve relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor about lawyers within the panel and legal market trends.
• Partner with clients to understand their business and legal needs.
• Expand relationships with existing clients via zoom meetings, email, and in-person meetings as needed.
• Manage client matters across different legal practice areas.
• Schedule client meetings and deliver value with each interaction.
• Manage law firm interactions around individual matters.
• Manage annual client renewal conversations.
• Articulate the value of the AdvanceLaw panel over traditional approaches.
