Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the observability or a related field within a public sector environment.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js, and databases.
• Advanced knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux).
• Experience with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with modern technologies like containers (Kubernetes/OpenShift) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert on Dynatrace’s platform.
• Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase.
• Participate in proof of concept (PoC) creation and cloud architecture discussions.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to agency leaders and conduct discovery workshops.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering technical presentations to highlight Dynatrace’s capabilities.
• Technically close complex opportunities and communicate proactively with customers.
