Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or private equity
• Strong analytical expertise and experience building integrated models from scratch
• Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
• Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans
• Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to quickly identify and resolve potential road-blocks

Responsibilities:

• Support core activities of the IR & Business Operations team
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across various departments
• Monitor and report on industry trends related to financial performance and equity capital markets
• Assist with shareholder engagement activities including investor meetings, calls, and events
• Support the execution of strategic growth opportunities
• Help develop and implement new financial processes and systems
