Requirements:

• Previous experience leading collaboration, sharing, and permissions projects.
• Deep user empathy and ability to build relationships with key customers.
• Experience working on both technical and user-facing features.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert for sharing and permissions at Figma, collaborating closely with other EPD teams.
• Design and build core collaborative user experiences.
• Develop and execute a vision and roadmap that scales with the Figma suite.
• Partner with diverse customers to understand product requirements.
• Work with designers and engineers to define feature functionality and execute against the roadmap.
• Drive planning and prioritization, define and track key metrics, and collaborate on marketing and go-to-market plans.
