Candidates must be enrolled in a degree or certification program at one of the Pennsylvania Community College Consortium Cooperative Agreement (PC4A) institutions.
Candidates must be enrolled in a program relating to Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a similar discipline and have completed their freshman year.
Candidates must have an interest in pursuing a career within the US Department of Defense or Defense Industrial Base.
Candidates must have excellent organizational, communication and planning skills.
Candidates must have a basic understanding of fundamental cybersecurity principles and basic networking concepts.
Candidates must have the ability to alternate between working independently and collaborating closely with diverse technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of cybersecurity solutions spanning commercial, open-source, cloud-native, and custom-built formats.
Containerized cyber application development and testing using DevSecOps in Git-based agile software development environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML).
Evaluate cyber tools and system operations across multiple environments including MultiCloud-to-Edge, Edge-to-Edge node, hybrid cloud, and on-premises.
