Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper with US-Based Client.
• Experience in creating Financial Forecast and Actionable Budget Plans.
• Experience with Xero or other bookkeeping-related platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Nice-to-have: Experience with companies like Bench, Accenture, PwC, Pilot, The Collective, or similar organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.
• Assist in developing and managing budgets, as well as in forecasting future financial performance.
• Reconcile bank statements, verify invoices, and maintain an organized general ledger.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support specific business initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Prepare regular financial reports such as income statements and cash flow statements.
• Maintain a well-organized bookkeeping system.
• Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
