- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong understanding and experience using Pendo (or similar).
- Experience working with software product organizations in a tech environment.
- Experience with upsell and/or onboarding in a product marketing capacity.
- Proven experience launching new products with a fully integrated go-to-market plan.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and customer support best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally.
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Defining positioning, go-to-market messaging and launch plans for new product launches and feature updates.
- Partner with product, sales, customer success, and channel teams to understand their specific needs and knowledge gaps.
- Drive cross-functional alignment throughout the go-to-market process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and other self-service resources.
- Create sales enablement materials, including battle cards and product presentations.
- Manage and optimize product launch campaigns to generate leads.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging content for customers.
- Track and analyze product marketing performance metrics.
