Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding and experience using Pendo (or similar).
  • Experience working with software product organizations.
  • Experience with upsell and onboarding in a product marketing capacity.
  • Proven experience launching new products with integrated go-to-market plans.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and customer support best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Passion for B2B SaaS and understanding of target market challenges.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
  • Defining positioning, go-to-market messaging and launch plans for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Partner with product, sales, customer success, and channel teams to understand their specific needs and knowledge gaps.
  • Serve as an advocate for customers, demonstrating empathy for customer pain points.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment throughout the go-to-market process.
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive KB articles, FAQs, and other self-service resources.
  • Create sales enablement materials and training resources.
  • Manage and optimize product launch campaigns to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to develop engaging content.
  • Track and analyze product marketing performance metrics.
