Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize the user experience in global platform functionality for user profile and account management.
• Drive security and compliance of the platform with relevant regulatory and enterprise requirements.
• Provide foundation for personalization, user context, and sessions for all apps.
• Ensure the platform is robust, stable, and performant.
• Build and refine the Admin Dashboard for user management and operations.
• Monitor and analyze search metrics and conversion rates to support growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams for strategy alignment and execution.
• Make high-impact decisions that contribute to the core product roadmap.
