• 5+ years of product leadership experience in large-scale online tools, preferably consumer-focused graphical SaaS products.
• Proven track record of delivering successful product experiences and business outcomes.
• Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing at scale.
• Strong understanding of user experience and design with customer empathy.
• Hands-on mindset, capable of data analysis and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of the Studio, ensuring a seamless and innovative user experience.
• Oversee growth and optimization of Apps to attract new users.
• Drive integration of AI content to enhance creativity and streamline workflows.
• Analyze user behavior metrics to improve user satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics for sustainable growth.
• Develop and test hypotheses around app performance.
• Track app acquisition metrics and implement attraction strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
