• 5+ years as a product-minded engineering leader in software product companies.
• Proven track record in building and inspiring dynamic engineering teams of 15+.
• Experience in launching products from scratch (0 to 1).
• Strong UX/frontend mindset with hands-on experience in frontend-rich products.
• Deep understanding of web app technology and frontend capabilities.
• Knowledge of computer graphics and web graphics technologies.
