Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or related fields in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
- Experience in the cybersecurity space with understanding of its challenges and drivers.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools, processes, and the threat/vulnerability landscape.
- Experience in a fast-paced product-based startup environment, ideally within AI or cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for strategic decisions and client relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts successfully.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and G-Suite applications.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Blackbird.AI’s product offerings related to cybersecurity.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and success.
- Use data-driven insights for optimizing customer experiences and identifying up-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to balance client needs with retention and growth targets.
- Guide clients on industry trends and integrate this expertise into communications and strategies.
- Effectively communicate product updates and gather client feedback for development teams.
- Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Establish a tailored threat reporting program for clients’ security needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding with sales and intelligence teams.
- Support the renewal process and contribute to growing client revenue.
