Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or related fields in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity space with understanding of its challenges and drivers.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools, processes, and the threat/vulnerability landscape.
  • Experience in a fast-paced product-based startup environment, ideally within AI or cybersecurity.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts successfully.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Blackbird.AI’s product offerings related to cybersecurity.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and success.
  • Use data-driven insights for optimizing customer experiences and identifying up-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to balance client needs with retention and growth targets.
  • Guide clients on industry trends and integrate this expertise into communications and strategies.
  • Effectively communicate product updates and gather client feedback for development teams.
  • Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Establish a tailored threat reporting program for clients’ security needs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding with sales and intelligence teams.
  • Support the renewal process and contribute to growing client revenue.
