Requirements:
  • Strong experience in partner marketing, content creation, and go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Proven experience with API embedded integration partnerships.
  • Superior writing and communication skills, deep customer empathy, and storytelling abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, partnership mapping, and website management tools.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR, and/or fintech industry preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with American English required.
Responsibilities:
  • Ideate, develop, launch, and optimize go-to-market and co-marketing promotions with partners’ marketing teams.
  • Design scalable go-to-market frameworks for Remote's embedded partnerships.
  • Support partners in building joint value propositions around Remote's capabilities.
  • Establish and manage Remote's Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing programs and demonstrate ROI.
  • Create and maintain partner marketing playbooks and enablement resources.
  • Build and manage a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
