Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business studies or relevant work experience preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the medical device industry, with neurosurgery or radiation oncology experience preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and proficiency in issue resolution.
• Ability to multi-task and self-start with minimal direction.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and teambuilding skills.
• Customer-focused with skills in engagement and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Exceed top line revenue goals and other key performance indicators that align with corporate objectives.
• Present product features and benefits during in-person consultations and hospital visits.
• Accelerate new sales opportunities and profile individuals for product adoption.
• Develop accurate sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Identify activities to drive sales within the territory.
• Gain clinical support and manage objection handling to close business.
• Utilize sales tools to enhance productivity and close sales opportunities.
• Manage account planning and nurture pipeline using CRM.
