• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Onboarding, preferably in a SaaS company or tech startup.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment using Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Customer Relationship Management experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, and statistical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
• Self-starter able to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities.
• Impeccable customer service skills and knowledge of best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
• Deliver insights and solutions, demonstrating the value of PartsTech to clients.
• Engage in product demonstrations and upsell opportunities with existing customers.
• Build relationships with individuals in partner organizations to onboard mutual customers.
• Respond to client requests and advise on optimal solutions.
• Maximize customer adoption and handle customer requests and complaints.
• Analyze customer data to enhance the overall customer experience at PartsTech.
• Collaborate with product design, development, and marketing on retention efforts.
