Requirements:
  • Fluent written and verbal English and German skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Application or Internal IT Support.
  • Experience of ticket administration via service desks (JIRA preferred, ServiceNow, Fresh Desk, Sales Force considered).
  • Experience in SQL Query Writing for reporting, data manipulation, and investigation.
  • Understanding of Advanced Windows Server Operating System.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices for customer support.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.
  • Experience in software troubleshooting and a problem-solving attitude.
Responsibilities:
  • Support customers via the tickets they raise in our service desk.
  • Manage a diverse range of issues using different technologies.
  • Maintain focus on multi-tasking and achieving time-sensitive resolutions.
  • Interact with customers and other RELEX departments through meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Take ownership of assigned tickets and progress towards resolution.
  • Monitor automated alerts for hosted customer environments.
  • Document known issues for the knowledge base.
