Requirements:

• Technical degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or a coding bootcamp certificate.
• 5+ years of working experience with APIs and backend systems.
• Experience in solving technical issues with hands-on coding.
• Familiarity with OAS, Async, Kafka/RabbitMQ, API virtualization, and unit testing frameworks.
• Experience with GraphQL and CI/CD tooling.
• Direct experience working with customers in a solution or sales engineering role.
• Proficiency in engaging and presenting to senior leadership, such as SVP and C-level executives.
• A collaborative mindset to problem-solving by discussing with involved stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise sales representatives.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, webinars, and videos.
• Collaborate with sales to strategize for successful POCs and account strategies.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors by linking technology solutions to business outcomes.
• Craft and communicate the SmartBear story with sales reps.
• Work with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Adoption teams for customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Take responsibility for technical wins, including completing RFPs and building POC checklists.
• Occasionally represent solutions at industry events and customer sites.
