Requirements:

• 8+ years total experience, including 4+ years in-house experience, preferably at a high-growth company.
• Healthcare-related experience is ideal due to our healthcare corporate structure.
• Barred in a US state and able to practice through NY in-house counsel registration.
• Self-starter, organized, flexible, able to create new processes and procedures, and able to evangelize processes and procedures across multiple departments.
• Ability to lead small teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead our corporate and securities function.
• Lead debt and equity financing transactions.
• Lead M&A transactions.
• Maintain corporate books and records and take Board minutes.
• Oversee the administration of our stock plan and related equity programs.
• Maintain and update our Management Services Organization agreements and relationships.
• Ideally, lead the formalization of a Procurement function and other workflows, handle light Intellectual Property work and light Employment work, modernize our Contract Lifecycle Management, and perform light Technology Transfer roles.
