Requirements:

• Ten years or more of demonstrable programme evaluation experience.
• Critical thinking and evaluation framework development skills.
• Experience with civil society organizations with diverse stakeholders.
• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with counter disinformation programming is preferred.
• Familiarity with communications and campaigning programming is preferred.
• Familiarity with gender-related programming.
• Clear and concise reporting writing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the evaluation process including reading relevant materials and facilitating a kick-off meeting.
• Deliver an evaluation execution plan with all required elements.
• Review primary data and conduct stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze data and develop reports including preliminary findings and the final evaluation report.
