Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• 2-3+ years of consumer marketing experience, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce-specific role.
• Proficient in digital platforms such as Shopify and 3PL management software.
• Experience with project management tools like MS Tasks, Trello, or Monday preferred.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury and Mexican craft spirits.
• Interest in technology and a continuous learning attitude.
• Ability to balance creativity with pragmatism for effective brand solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for independent and team work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Almave.com’s Shopify store focusing on customer, order, and product description management.
• Lead front-end merchandising updates and manage customer service inquiries.
• Propose best practices for site operations and marketing effectiveness.
• Manage stock availability by creating product bundles and coordinating packaging.
• Update DTC content calendar and coordinate brand content internally.
• Organize product shoots and manage CRM content approvals and email deployment.
• Build relationships with marketing, operations, and agency teams to support brand goals.
• Uphold brand ethos and maintain consistency in brand communication.
