Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of regional Human Resources experience required.
• Business proficiency in English and native or C2 level in Dutch/French.
• Conflict handling and resolution skills.
• Advanced knowledge of employment law.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate every aspect of the employment life cycle for supported employees in collaboration with global and external teams.
• Provide expert-level support to clients, managing queries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR matters.
• Drive employee satisfaction and retention through a customer service mindset.
• Manage and audit HR records to ensure compliance with local employment laws.
