• Experience in consultative and 'same-side' solution selling with C-Level stakeholders.

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and enhance productivity.
• Proactive initiative and ability to handle multiple customers.
• Team collaboration with sales/marketing and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

• Retain existing customers by addressing their needs and resolving issues.
• Ensure customers achieve their goals with the risr/ platform and foster loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Monitor customer engagement proactively to prevent cancellations.
• Develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee contract renewals and ensure timely continuation.
• Encourage broader product adoption within customer organizations.
• Gather customer insights to inform product improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams.
• Ensure products/services are delivered successfully and invoiced on time.
