Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Australian public accounting firm.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA are a plus.
Excellent command of Excel.
Experience with XERO is mandatory, preferably as a Certified User.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting processes.
Verify if transactions are recorded correctly in the ledger and perform partial check.
Conduct bank reconciliation and enter data.
Maintain records, launch reports, process accounts receivables and payables.
Assist in preparing management accounts and maintain full sets of books for clients.
