Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in global Workday implementation.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• HCM / People Data experience.
• Experience in architecting ERP transformation programs.
• Background in large data conversion projects using SAP/Oracle/Workday.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project data stream management within complex environments.
• Proven track record of improving data activities.
• Experience in leading diverse teams across geographies.
• Ability to manage challenges and work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Review and refine the programme data strategy.
• Identify in-scope systems for data migration to Workday.
• Collaborate with functional and integration teams for data migration scope.
• Devise data validation strategy, lead data validation, and collaborate on data quality issues.
• Lead data profiling, report on data quality, and improve data quality across prototypes.
• Ensure programme timelines and objectives are met, managing risks.
• Enhance data extraction templates and methods.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and 3rd party for quality and schedule.
• Provide expertise on data migration complexities.
• Manage the release data team and report on progress.
