Director, FP&A - Assisted GTM

Requirements:

• A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance-related roles.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Understanding of SaaS business models.
• Experience in supported assisted sales and field operations.
• Excellent modeling skills to derive operational insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence partners.
• Self-starter with a drive for outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to Assisted GTM senior leadership globally.
• Collaborate with Assisted GTM leadership on key GTM initiatives to support growth.
• Coordinate with Revenue Operations for alignment of financial strategies and GTM expansion.
• Guide analysis for sales incentives, commission plans, and coverage models.
• Develop data sources for sales metrics and trends, recommending opportunities.
• Oversee monthly operating and financial results analysis with Corporate FP&A.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Support development of quarterly reporting materials.
• Manage and develop an FP&A team for increased efficiency and impact.
