Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a backend developer.
• Experience writing Python.
• Familiarity with web application frameworks like Django, Flask, etc.
• Experience in managing a product or technical domain backlog.
• Comfortable guiding teams of juniors and seniors.
• Ability to proactively address problems and lead in a dynamic environment.
• Clear communication skills, fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Django framework, experience with Go, and frontend development are welcomed.
• Technologies: Python, Django, Go, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, MySQL, Postgres, Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and drive a development roadmap together with your team.
• Work closely with product manager and designer to manage the roadmap.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure the development team has the context needed.
• Participate in product ideation and suggest improvements.
• Communicate technical impacts to engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advise related teams and coach new engineers.
• Lead technology and architectural choices, design complex features, and maintain a vision for technical growth.
• Hire, develop, and coach engineers, planning and prioritizing work within the domain.
