Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing data systems and databases to understand their structure and relationships.
• Map data from source to target systems ensuring proper alignment of data fields.
• Load data into target systems ensuring error-free data transfer.
• Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure migrated data's accuracy and quality.
• Address migration issues to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to align migration with business requirements.
• Document the entire data migration process including workflows and resolutions.
