Requirements:
  • Licensed without restrictions as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • Must be licensed in Virginia and the state of residence.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with school-aged children.
  • Possess working knowledge of diagnosis, assessment practices, and treatment strategies.
  • Preferred telehealth experience.
  • Strong technological skills.
  • Effective communication with diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to obtain additional licenses and complete credentialing.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide virtual high-quality, evidence-based mental health counseling to assigned K-12 students.
  • Conduct initial mental health intake assessments and create individual treatment plans.
  • Perform clinical screeners and ongoing assessments of student progress.
  • Collaborate with care management to ensure successful transitions to Hazel services.
  • Participate in clinical team activities, including trainings and meetings.
  • Complete documentation accurately and timely.
  • Maintain minimum weekly availability and productivity as established by Clinical Leadership.
  • Provide consultative telehealth crisis support as assigned.
