Requirements:

• Deep Technical Expertise in Workday configuration, implementation, and integration.
• Experience with workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and PECI.
• Extensive experience with multiple Workday modules and at least 3 years in a technical lead role.
• Strong project management skills, utilizing Agile and SCRUM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams.
• Extensive experience with Workday integrations utilizing advanced tools.
• Experience with custom development within the Workday environment.
• Experience in vendor management and working with third-party vendors.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing ESB solutions.
• Experience in an offshore model, with collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for the integration implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Payroll and non-payroll integrations.
• Lead integration discovery sessions to identify system integration requirements for HCM releases.
• Oversee the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Conduct integration workshops utilizing tools like Workday Studio and Middleware.
• Coordinate agile sprints delivery with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday-related issues and manage a team of technical specialists.
• Stay updated on Workday advancements to drive innovation.
• Provide status updates to leadership and support project managers.
