Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance/accounting and IT/systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex financial systems.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Specific experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, Vertex, and/or Aptitude RevStream is preferred.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in the technology industry, particularly in a company that sells hardware, software, and services.
• Successful experience with business process modeling.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior finance and accounting leaders to understand business needs.
• Design effective business process solutions that support growth and improved customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into technological and process improvement solutions.
• Develop and communicate the vision and roadmap for Finance and Accounting improvements.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of financial systems.
• Negotiate with stakeholders for organizational alignment.
• Drive best practices in financial data management and analytics.
• Ensure effective organizational change management practices are employed.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Establish milestones and deliverables for project adherence.
• Coordinate user interactions for project activities.
