- Certified in Kubernetes, Networking & Systems.
- Desire and ability to become an expert in various use cases.
- Hands-on experience in Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Understanding of Networking, Security, and Certificate Management.
- Experience in management, deployments, and patching of applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and decode problems.
- Knowledge of Python or any scripting language is advantageous.
- Passionate about continuous learning of new products and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and address customer inquiries, concerns, and suggestions.
- Design and implement the AppViewX Platform to solve automation problems.
- Act as the final escalation point for customers.
- Use technical experience and critical thinking to resolve issues or provide workarounds.
- Capture and create documentation for L2 Engineers.
- Migrate customers to the latest AppViewX code seamlessly.
- Make sound judgments during troubleshooting to prevent missed deadlines.
- Generate reports from the system as needed.
- Provide feedback to management for improved customer satisfaction.
- Open to work in a 24/7 environment.
