  • Act as the final escalation point for customers.

  • Capture and create documentation for L2 Engineers.
  • Migrate customers to the latest AppViewX code seamlessly.
  • Make sound judgments during troubleshooting to prevent missed deadlines.
  • Generate reports from the system as needed.
  • Provide feedback to management for improved customer satisfaction.
  • Open to work in a 24/7 environment.
