Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategic partnerships in B2B SaaS organizations.
• Experience partnering with organizations selling to financial institutions in the US is preferred.
• Experience in a client-facing role with a track record of managing partnerships or accounts to achieve revenue goals.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels within partner organizations.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence through key channel partners.
• Engage with existing partners for their success through regular check-ins and support programs.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they have necessary tools and training.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential partners and nurture relationships for mutual value.
• Assist in negotiations with channel partners for favorable terms.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary contact for communications.
• Represent the company at industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.
• Provide regular updates on partner performance and track key metrics.
