Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in global payroll processes and reporting.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple countries and currencies in a multinational organization.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Ability to work with a wider global team across different time zones.
• Technology-literate including Microsoft Suite and NetSuite.

Responsibilities:

• Post monthly internal payroll and bonus accruals for employees across 40+ countries.
• Enter and post expenses into NetSuite's accounting system with accurate coding.
• Partner with the People Team for on-time manual payments to internal employees.
• Reconcile payroll postings with payroll reports for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate payroll transaction records and reports.
• Assist in preparing finance trackers and management reports.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
