Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience in Operations/Logistics.
  • Open to freshers.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on complex tasks under tight timelines.
  • Capable of making decisions without direct supervision.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, natural leader, goal-driven, proactive and problem solver.
Responsibilities:
  • Resolving Stock Issue Tickets, Licensing Tickets, and other Miscellaneous Tickets.
  • Acting as a back-up for the Order Processing team when OS pool volume is low.
  • Working on Sample Order processing and Printer Capacity Management System ratings.
  • Completing adhoc tasks during the slow season.
  • Working on reporting tasks and projects.
  • Sharing pricing quotes and improving licensing experience in the Pre-Order Team.
  • Communicating with other teams to resolve order issues.
