Requirements:
  • JD degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • 6-8+ years of transactional legal experience at a major law firm and/or a high-growth blockchain or fintech company.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial transactions as well as securities, anti-money laundering, tax and other financial laws and regulations.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain industry; knowledge of tokenization is a plus.

  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, providing updates where appropriate.
  • Prepare and deliver trainings on legal and compliance issues.
