• Exceptional communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Skilled in using various collaboration tools and adaptable to new systems.
• Experience with knowledge and content management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees focusing on compliance and documentation.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring operational requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams for a smooth onboarding experience.
• Seek improvements in the onboarding journey, addressing evolving needs.
• Manage and maintain employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency.
