Full Charge Bookkeeper

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a senior role handling AP, AR, and general ledger.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop highly preferred; knowledge of additional accounting software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially in AP, AR, and general ledger management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general ledger entries and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Complete monthly close processes and prepare comprehensive financial statements.
• Manage inventory and process order entries.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements for accuracy.
• Provide financial data analysis to support business strategy.
