Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical payment posting.
• Extensive experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) required.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, reimbursement, and payment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and addressing inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately post insurance and patient payments, adjustments, and denials into eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Reconcile posted payments with deposit records and statements.
• Review and resolve posting discrepancies.
• Record denials and adjustments for billing team review.
• Collaborate with billing and coding teams on denied claims.
• Regularly reconcile accounts and assist in month-end and year-end balancing.
• Post patient payments from various sources and manage payment corrections.
• Collaborate with team members to address account discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
